In 1994, in Japan in the process of business negotiations with Mr. Koji Morimoto, the idea of ​​creating a Japanese restaurant in Odessa was born.

Japanese staff managers Mr. Takahiro Nakano, Ms Yumiko Nakano, were invited to recruit and train the staff.

Under the direction of the chef Mr. Hisashi Matsudaira our cooks mastered the art of cooking Japanese dishes.

November 10, 1995 in Odessa opened the first in Ukraine restaurant of Japanese cuisine "Kobe".

The key to the success of the restaurant is the coherence and professionalism of the staff.

The team, which has been working since its inception to the present day, has been trained and continues to improve its knowledge in the culinary schools of Japan.

"Kobe" acquired an individuality, following its main concepts:

         - the kitchen is supposed to be honest;

         - a restaurant-really professional and genuinely Japanese

We select fresh seafood, fish focusing on the guest, for whom quality is a priority.

Every visitor of the Kobe restaurant, based on his taste preferences, can taste the most healthful cuisine in the world.
